      Vineyard Location: Orrego Arriba area, in the "wind corridor," on the western side of the valley, towards the coast. 

      Soil: Sandy clay with decomposed granite 

      Planting: High-density trellis system, 1.5m x 1.0m, northwest-southeast orientation, optimizing sunlight exposure and ventilation.

              Tasting Notes: It is a true delight for the senses. On the nose, it welcomes you with fresh, floral, and meaty notes, lifted by hints of prunes and mandarins. 

               In the mouth, this wine truly shines. It boasts a vibrant and savory palate, with firm acidity that gives it a refreshing character. The fine Cinsault tannins provide structure, that adds a unique personality to the wine.

                  Bottling Date: February 23, 2022.

                  Aging: 12 months in 6th use barrels and 11 months in concrete tanks.

                    Flavor: On the palate, it features notes of aromatic herbs like laurel. A Mediterranean-flavored wine.

                    Pairing: Its gentle tannins make it a fabulous wine to accompany Bolognese pasta, game and red meats, hams, and mature cheeses.
